SCAスペシャルティコーヒー基準点(80点)を、はるかに上回る、87.75点の高得点を与えられた、スペシャルティコーヒー豆の中でも、トップラインでございます。是非お試しくださいませ。

市場でよく見られるウォッシュド（水洗式）コーヒーと比べ、風味、口当たりの重さ、厚み、そして飲みごたえが全く異なるナチュラル（乾燥式）コーヒーでございます。
ナチュラル式は、果肉をつけたまま乾燥させる方法で、果実の風味が豆に移るため、濃厚な甘みとフルボディ感、強い香りが特徴です。ナチュラル式コーヒー豆は、エチオピアGUJIでも、ウォッシュド式より、はるかに生産量が少ない為、希少コーヒーと分類されます。

This year’s bean is from Banti Nenka Farm, which is one of the most authentic and notable coffee farms in entire Ethiopia! This bean is so special in terms of their unique structural figures of floral, fruity (Meyer lemon), jasmine and dark chocolate flavors and smooth after-taste. Definitely it deserves SCA CQI 87.75 Points respectively.

Compared to its worldwide sales price ranges, our price is quite down-controlled as we sourced directly. Please enjoy the taste of the TOP of Ethiopian coffees in the market!
